Who are we?
Our professional independent practice of Chartered Surveyors has been in existence since 1986. We are a small team of chartered surveyors and architectual designers dedicated to achieving client satisfaction with prompt and competent service.
A brief history
Geoff Oliver, our principal Surveyor qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982 and became a Fellow of the RICS in 1995. In addition to his experience as a building surveyor he has experience of working within local housing development and Planning and Building Control work in Local Government

We provide home buyer surveys in Thanet and the surrounding areas of Kent Our home buyer survey service is in accordance with the regulations set out by the RICS Home Buyer service and includes both small and large property
