The Valuation

The surveyor gives their opinion on both the market value of the property and the reinstatement cost at the time of their inspection.

Building Surveys

This type of report is suitable for larger or older properties. This is the most comprehensive report providing a detailed analysis of the property’s condition and includes advice on defects and repairs.

The building surveyor will spend a whole day at the property when carrying out a full building survey or possibly several days at larger properties.
