Expert witness services

These normally revolve around disputes between Parties, where Solicitors and Counsel require Expert advice on building or surveying issues.

Typically where building contracts sometimes end up in a dispute, Surveyors are required to analyse the situation and provide independent Expert Witness advice to the Lawyers in order that they may advise their Clients on the merits of their case.

These may sometimes end up in Court where the Surveyor will be required to provide evidence to the Court to back up their report and will be subject to cross examination. Expert Witnesses are required to act independently and at all times their duty is to the Court.
