Geoff Oliver FRICS Registered Valuer
Geoff started the Practice in 1986 as a Sole Practitioner, the Practice then changed to a Limited Company and is Regulated by RICS. Geoff was elected to Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1995.
Geoff is the mainstay of the Company having over 40 years of experience in many aspects of Surveying including Building surveying, Conservation, Dispute Resolution, Facilities Management Faculty, and Valuation. He is also a Registered Valuer. Geoff is also an Expert Witness for Court hearings.
Apart from his workload, he also takes pride in the fact that he has trained many young Surveyors through our Practice to become Chartered Building Surveyors giving freely of his knowledge and experience.
Amy Leeding Bsc(Hons)MRICS Registered Valuer
Amy joined us in 2009 having studied Building Surveying at Kingston University and obtained a First Class Honours Degree Amy is a fully qualified Member of the RICS and a registered valuer, bringing a fresh enthusiasm to the Practice.
During the time Amy has been with us she has matured into a talented Chartered Building Surveyor with many skills and her professional friendly approach is much appreciated by our clients.
As well as carrying out full building surveys and RICS homebuyer and valuation reports, Amy also undertakes project management for government funded schemes and privately funded schemes and produces drawings for planning and building regulation applications.
Mary Oliver
Mary is a Co-Director of the company along with Geoff and has managed the office and the business since its inception in 1986 and deals with enquiries from new and existing clients. Mary also produces reports for the surveyors. Mary’s original training began at South Kent College gaining secretarial and book keeping skills and initially working for Nat West Bank for 7 years in Canterbury before raising a family, both Mary and Geoff are now also proud active grandparents to their four young Granddaughters in their spare time.
Oscar Ruben
Oscar is the newest member of the team. He has a BSc(Hons) Building Surveyiing and is well on the way to becoming Chartered
